Travel Vaccinations

We provide a basic travel-health assessment; which includes advice about malarial risk; and can give you the following NHS-funded vaccinations (if required):-

Tetanus/Diphtheria/Polio, Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Measles/Mumps/Rubella

We ask that all travellers complete a Travel Risk Assessment Form which must be submitted at least six weeks prior to departure.  Failure to do this will mean we are unable to advise you, or vaccinate you if required.   The Travel Nurse will assess your form and then contact you to arrange an appointment.

Travel Assessment Form

For travellers departing in less than 21 days (3wks), or away for more than 28 days (4wks) and for certain types of travel (i.e. multiple-country destinations, gap-year or backpacking, visiting friends and family) and/or requiring other vaccines, including Yellow Fever, you will need to attend a Private Travel Clinic.
