Extended Opening Hours

We are now offering appointments on Tuesdays until 19:30, and also 09:00 – 12:00 on Saturday mornings at 2 Goldington Road only.

During these hours patients can pre-book for routine appointments with both the doctors and nurses.

All routine consultations are of 10 minutes duration. If you need to be seen as an emergency, appointments are available every day with the on-call doctor and should be for one problem only. Please contact the surgery to arrange this appointment.

The surgery reception is open from 08:00 – 18:30 (19:30 on a Tuesday) and Saturday mornings 09:00 – 12:00. If you have an appointment during one of these "extended hours" sessions and need to cancel at the last minute, please note that you will not be able to contact the surgery via the normal phone number, but you will need to call in on 01234 262322.

If a doctor is consulting on a specific day, you will be able to book an appointment either prior to that day or on the day itself (only, of course, until all the appointments have been used). The doctors will see all patients who need to be seen on that day. We also offer on–the–day appointments with our Minor Illness Nurse.

Telephone Consultations

All the doctors offer telephone consultations at the end of their morning surgeries. If you would like to take advantage of this, please ask the receptionist to add your name to the doctor's list.

Availability of Doctors

Appointments may be made with or visits undertaken by any of the partners and their assistants who are available. If you require a consultation with particular doctor you may have to book ahead.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
