Repeat prescriptions may be obtained by :
- Sending or faxing the request slip attached to prescriptions which are regularly requested.
- Using the online service available, see above
- Filling in the Repeat prescription form available at the Reception including the medication required, together with patient's full name, address and date of birth
- You can also nominate your preferred pharmacy to request and collect your prescription on your behalf. Speak to your pharmacist to set up this free service.

Please note that requests by telephone cannot be accepted
If your password needs resetting, please present to Reception at either site with two forms of identification. One must be photographic, ie Passport or Driving License, we also need proof of your current address.
To enable you to reset your password yourself, please register your email address with us.
All requests for authorised medication will be ready in 2 full working days.
The prescription may be collected by the patient or his/her representative or by certain pharmacists by prior arrangement. If a stamped addressed envelope is provided, we will post the prescription to you.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please order your medication in usual way and we will contact you if you need to arrange an appointment with GP.
